Precision CNC machining.Built around your design.
Custom CNC milling and turning services for complex metal and plastic components—from rapid prototypes and engineering validation parts to low-volume and repeat production.

Complex geometry, controlled dimensions and consistent results.
JC Precision Craft manufactures custom CNC machined parts directly from customer CAD data and drawings. Our machining capabilities support aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, copper alloys, carbon steel and engineering plastics.
Every project begins with an engineering review covering material, geometry, tolerance, surface finish, inspection and production volume. This helps select an efficient process while protecting functional requirements.
The right machining process for each part.
Use CNC milling, CNC turning or multi-axis machining according to part geometry, access, tolerance and production efficiency.

CNC Milling
3-axis and 4-axis machining for plates, brackets, housings, manifolds and multi-feature prismatic parts.

CNC Turning
Precision turning and live-tool machining for shafts, bushings, sleeves, threads, fittings and cylindrical parts.

5-Axis CNC Machining
Simultaneous multi-axis machining for complex contours, deep features and multiple surfaces with fewer setups.
Materials matched to performance requirements.
Select materials according to strength, weight, corrosion resistance, conductivity, temperature, wear, appearance and cost.
Aluminum
Lightweight, machinable and corrosion-resistant for housings, brackets and thermal components.
6061 · 7075 · 5052 · 2024Stainless Steel
High strength and corrosion resistance for medical, food, marine and industrial parts.
304 · 316 · 17-4PH · 15-5PHTitanium
High strength-to-weight ratio and corrosion resistance for aerospace and medical applications.
Grade 2 · Grade 5 / Ti-6Al-4VBrass & Copper
Machinability, electrical conductivity and thermal performance for fittings and connectors.
Brass C360 · Copper C110 · BronzeCarbon & Tool Steel
Strength, durability and wear resistance for machinery, tooling and load-bearing components.
1018 · 1045 · 4140 · D2Engineering Plastics

What CNC machining file formats do you accept?
JC Precision Craft commonly accepts STEP, STP, STL, DWG, DXF and PDF files. For tight-tolerance projects, provide both a 3D model and a dimensioned 2D drawing showing critical dimensions, threads, datums, finishes and inspection requirements.
What CNC machining tolerances can you achieve?
Standard tolerances can follow ISO 2768-m. Selected critical dimensions may be produced to tighter tolerances such as ±0.005 mm when part size, material, geometry and measurement access allow. Tight tolerances should be reviewed before quotation.
Which metals and plastics can you machine?
Materials include aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, tool steel, titanium, brass, copper, bronze and engineering plastics such as PEEK, POM, PTFE, nylon, ABS and polycarbonate. Additional grades can be sourced to specification.
Do you offer both CNC milling and CNC turning?
Yes. Capabilities include 3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis CNC milling, conventional CNC turning, live-tool turning and multi-axis machining. The manufacturing route is selected according to geometry, tolerance, volume and setup efficiency.
Can you support prototypes and low-volume CNC production?
Yes. JC Precision Craft supports one-off parts, functional prototypes, engineering validation builds, pilot production, bridge manufacturing and repeat CNC machining orders.
What is the typical lead time for CNC machined parts?
Typical CNC machining lead time may be approximately 3–10 business days depending on geometry, material availability, quantity, surface finishing and inspection scope. A confirmed schedule is provided after reviewing the project files.
Can you provide finishing, assembly and inspection reports?
Yes. Surface finishing, marking, basic assembly, dimensional inspection reports and material certificates can be coordinated. Required documentation should be specified during quotation so it can be included in the production plan.
Ready to manufacture your CNC machined parts?
Send your CAD files, drawings, material, quantity, tolerance and surface finish requirements for engineering review.
